Shipping

Shipping is FREE FREE FREE (U.S. ONLY). Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2 business days of purchase. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class (2-3 business days) or Parcel Select (2-10 business days). Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. LC Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (LC.), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

RETURNS 

Yassssss girls! We ACCEPT RETURNS! We know how risky shopping online can be! No problem, you can send returns back to us with your own shipping, just include your packing slip or printed out email confirmation (if wanting to exchange, note the exchange request on the slip). & Send us a Facebook message to notify us -Please send to

Since our items sell out quickly, it is usually best to return your items for a refund and place an order for the items you are wanting. Time Frame: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.

The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc. Buyer is responsible for return shipping coasts. 

  • Items discounted 30% or more will not be accepted as returns

  • The Exceptions: Items in the "Clearance" section, anything discounted, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, earrings and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are final and cannot be returned.

  • Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
  • Refund Type: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee OR subject to being shipped back to you.

     Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
